IT Support Engineer is required by a leading workplace solutions company based in central London, paying up to £30k with an exceptional benefits package including commute cost paid for in full The successful IT Support Engineer will be the first port of call for 300 users both internally and externally within the business, ensuring that tickets are logged, rectifying troubleshooting issues, and escalating issues to the right teams. As you will be the face of the business to a certain degree, dealing with people in a personable, comprehensive manner, and having outstanding interpersonal skills are as important as technical skills and experience.
