Install HVAC Engineer – Manchester We’re looking for a skilled and motivated HVAC Engineer to handle the installation of air conditioning units across commercial projects. This is a hands-on role with no PMMs or call-outs, offering a great work-life balance and a competitive package. What We’re Offering: Salary: £37,000-£40,000 (DOE). Schedule: 40 hours per week, Monday–Friday, 8 am–5 pm (flexible start/finish times). Perks: Van fuel card (personal use included). What You’ll Do: Install and commission air conditioning systems (split, VRF, VRV, HVRF). Collaborate with a team of engineers and apprentices on projects across Manchester, Liverpool, Leeds, and Birmingham. Interpret and follow mechanical drawings to ensure quality work. Communicate with management to meet deadlines and stay on schedule. Ensure health and safety compliance. What You Need: NVQ Level 3 Air Conditioning and F-Gas certification. Experience in HVAC installations. Full driving license. Team player with strong organizational and communication skills.
