Day Concierge

Day Concierge 8am to 8pm 4 on 4 off Mill Hill, NW7 £26,000 We are looking for a Day Concierge with strong direct experience of working in a residential development to support the management team by providing a front of house reception service a large modern multiple block residential development. The Day Concierge will not only act as a security presence for the development with regular patrols and checks of the development but also be the front of house ambassador for the residents. Must have good Health and Safety and Fire Prevention knowledge and experience. You must be extremely polished, experienced and professional. Duties will include front of house reception as well as patrolling and controlling access. Other duties include managing the communal areas including private lounge and fitness studio, private gardens and liaising with residents. An essential part of the role will be updating computerised records so you will need good IT skills. All applicants must have excellent communication and customer service skills, be very smart with a strong solid proven track record. You must be able to produce excellent references
