Our client is seeking a dynamic Relationship Manager to manage and grow a portfolio of clients across the healthcare and consumer industries. You will play a critical role in providing bespoke financial services to some of the sector’s most innovative and high-potential businesses. Key Responsibilities Client Management: Build and nurture strong, lasting relationships with clients in the healthcare and consumer sectors, becoming their trusted financial partner. Business Development: Identify opportunities to expand your portfolio by targeting high-growth companies and developing strategies to win new business. Tailored Solutions: Collaborate with product specialists to deliver bespoke banking services. Market Insights: Keep abreast of sector trends and economic developments to offer informed advice and solutions to clients. Risk Management: Conduct financial and credit risk assessments, ensuring robust risk controls are in place for all client dealings. Compliance: Maintain the highest standards of regulatory and policy compliance in all activities. About You You will have: Experience: Proven experience in relationship management, preferably within healthcare, consumer, or related sectors. Sector Knowledge: Strong understanding of market dynamics, opportunities, and challenges within healthcare and consumer industries. Client Focus: Exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skills, with the ability to build trust and influence senior stakeholders. Commercial Acumen: A results-driven approach with the ability to identify opportunities and drive revenue growth. Product Knowledge: Familiarity with corporate banking products, including trade finance, working capital, structured lending, Capital Structuring and M&A.
