As VP of Development Delivery, you’ll manage high-profile data center projects, from planning to commissioning, ensuring on-time, on-budget execution. You’ll collaborate with Sales, Finance, and Operations, lead high-performing teams, and drive innovation & sustainability. Key Responsibilities Oversee development delivery across all active markets Lead Delivery Directors & PMO/Commissioning teams. Manage CAPEX budgets, ensuring financial compliance. Drive all phases of construction & project execution. Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve build issues. Act as a thought leader, integrating key stakeholders. Champion company values, EHS, and workplace culture. Foster innovation, inclusivity, and high-performing teams. Build a collaborative, high-morale work environment Lead teams from planning to project handover Ideal Candidate 15-20 years leadership experience in construction/project management Data center expertise a must Strong CSA & MEP knowledge Fluent English (German/Spanish a plus) Willing to travel 50%
