About our client We are working with a top tier global secondaries fund looking to hire an Investor Relations Associate into their London Investor Relations Due Diligence team focused on private wealth products. You will have the opportunity to get involved from the early stages of the firm's private wealth offering, and will be responsible for co-ordinating seamless, high-quality client interactions across investor reporting, investor meetings, due diligence and investor queries. What the job involves Co-ordinate and respond to prospective private wealth investor questions, working closely with the European, Americas, Asia based distribution teams Develop a thorough understanding of both the private wealth products and closed ended offerings Support the firm's private wealth distribution activities by producing marketing materials and assisting in the response to due diligence questions and requests Support the onboarding of private wealth platforms Support the onboarding of distribution partners for the private wealth platform, ensuring a smooth and efficient integration resulting in a best-in-class investor experience Continuous enhancement and support for PRIIPS and KIDS Updates Who we are looking for Experience in finance, accounting, banking, private equity, or asset management Excellent written and oral communication skills Advanced MS Office skills, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word Highly analytical with excellent attention to detail and high levels of accuracy Hardworking, enthusiastic and dynamic individual who is perceptive to the needs of others You will be redirected to the company’s website – you must complete the application on their platform to apply.
