Senior Engineer-Validation in EU

Role Break down customer requirements and system requirements into test requirements as a bridge between customer, design, marketing team and test team. Establish and maintain internal and external information transmission channels to ensure accurate, timely and effective demand and output transmission. Assist in planning test resources according to the overall test requirements, and give early warning in time. Develop validation plans and tracking the progress to ensure quality and schedule meet project plans. Participate in the product development process, identify and avoid/solve the risks related to the testing and Validation process, and ensure the progress of product development. Support local lab operation. Other tasks related to product validation. Qualification Mechanical, mechanics, electrical, mechatronics and other science and technology majors, Master or above，more than 5 years of product validation experience, battery related validation experience is preferred; Familiar with product Validation process, understanding power battery product design/familiar with power battery related testing and Validation methods is preferred Good ability to work under pressure, coordination ability, self-driving ability, continuous learning habit, ability to lead and adapt to changes, ability to deal with complex problems，multi-cultural communication skill.
