Client Account Manager Location: Cardiff Starting Salary: £35,000 Quarterly Bonus My Client are a medium-sized and rapidly growing firm of Chartered Certified Accountants seeking a dedicated and experienced Client Account Manager to join their dynamic team. About the Role: As a Client Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing and growing the high-profile client base while ensuring exceptional service delivery. This is a client-facing position, perfect for a professional who is passionate about building strong relationships and delivering high-quality results. Key Responsibilities: Preparation of financial statements. Managing and supporting a portfolio of high-profile clients. Conducting general taxation work and providing business advisory services. Preparing client financial and management accounts. Developing client relationships and supporting business development initiatives. Mentoring and guiding junior staff members. Onboarding new clients and ensuring a seamless transition. What We’re Looking For: The ideal candidate will be qualified, part-qualified (PQ), or qualified by experience (QBE) with at least five years’ experience in a similar role. You’ll also have: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A strong ability to work to deadlines and multitask. A solid working knowledge of MS Office and Xero. Familiarity with software such as TaxCalc and QuickBooks (desirable but not essential). A proactive attitude and passion for contributing to a professional yet light-hearted working environment.
