AEM Developer - Content Management System

Key Responsibilities : - Develop and maintain AEM components, templates, and configurations. - Create custom workflows and scripts to automate tasks. - Integrate AEM with other systems and APIs. - Optimize AEM performance and scalability. - Develop responsive and accessible front-end components using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. - Utilize frameworks like React or Angular (optional) to build complex user interfaces. - Work with content authors to create and manage content in AEM. - Train content authors on best practices for using AEM. - Write unit and integration tests to ensure code quality. - Troubleshoot and fix AEM-related issues. - Conduct performance testing and optimization. - Deploy AEM applications to production environments. - Monitor application performance and address issues promptly. - Stay up-to-date with the latest AEM features and best practices. Required Skills and Experience : - Strong understanding of AEM architecture and core components. - Experience with AEM authoring, publishing, and workflow concepts. - Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. - Experience with Java and JSP. - Knowledge of Sling and OSGi frameworks. - Experience with AEM templates, components, and content fragments. - Familiarity with AEM's integration with other systems (CRM, CMS, ERP). - Strong problem-solving and debugging skills. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills (ref:hirist.tech)
