RSquareSoft Technologies - Senior Architect

Responsibilities : - Collaborate closely with stakeholders (product managers, engineers, designers) to understand business needs and translate them into technically sound solutions. - Design and architect robust, secure, and scalable software systems, considering performance, reliability, and future growth. - Select and implement appropriate technologies (programming languages, frameworks, cloud platforms) based on project requirements and industry best practices. - Champion the adoption of innovative technologies (e.g., cloud, AI/ML, containerization) to enhance our development capabilities. - Define and implement technical architecture best practices (SOLID principles, scalability, security) to ensure code quality, maintainability, and long-term viability. - Foster a culture of innovation and knowledge sharing within the technical team, mentoring junior architects and promoting continuous learning. - Evaluate and recommend new technologies and tools to enhance our development processes and capabilities. - Participate in code reviews, provide technical guidance, and ensure adherence to architectural standards. - Collaborate with DevOps teams to integrate architecture considerations into the CI/CD pipeline for continuous delivery. - Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in software development methodologies and emerging technologies. - Clearly communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. Technical Skills : - 7 years of demonstrably successful experience as a Technical Architect, Software Architect, or a similar leadership role. - In-depth knowledge of software design principles, patterns, and best practices (SOLID principles, scalability, security). - Proficiency in multiple programming languages relevant to your industry (e.g., Java, Python, Go, Node.js). - Experience with distributed systems, APIs, and microservices architectures. - Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) (a plus). - Experience with DevOps principles and practices for continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD). - Strong understanding of database technologies (SQL, NoSQL) and data management best practices. - Experience with version control systems (Git) and code collaboration tools. Soft Skills : - Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels. - A passion for staying up-to-date with the latest advancements in technology and a willingness to learn new things. - Strong leadership and mentoring skills to guide and inspire junior engineers. - Problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically to identify and address technical challenges.
