Services Development Engineer Days £55,000 - £60,000 This role is ideal for an experienced engineer who thrives on technical challenges, enjoys end-to-end project involvement, and has a passion for continuous improvement in complex service systems. Success in this role requires technical expertise, leadership skills, and the ability to drive impactful change in a fast-paced, innovative manufacturing environment. What you will be doing: · Developing subject matter expertise in the companies complex services. · Providing technical leadership and expertise in a professional manner to drive improvements and new developments. · Actively contributing to & supporting lead development engineers in continuous improvement to drive sustainability, noise reduction and energy efficiency. · Delivering high impact change - be involved in multiple projects that will enhance improvements in technology. · Taking ownership of your work to agreed deadlines with internal stakeholders and management of contractors including selection of service contracts to ensure excellence. · Total ownership of service aspects from chilling, compressed air, hot & ambient water systems, utilities and CHP plants, Fire suppression and security systems.
