Technical Trainer - Fully Remote, £40,000 to £50,000 We are looking for an experienced and creative Technical Trainer to join a fast-growing, innovative technology company. This fully remote role offers a chance to work with a dynamic team in a medium-sized company where you'll be responsible for developing and delivering high-quality training materials. Responsibilities: Create and maintain engaging training resources, including videos and e-learning modules. Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure training content aligns with new software releases. Develop e-learning content for industry regulatory guidelines. Regularly update materials to reflect the latest industry standards. Gather feedback to improve training effectiveness. Deliver Train the Trainer and end-user training sessions.Skills & Experience: Proven experience creating training materials using a variety of media (videos, presentations, e-learning). Familiarity with SCORM-compliant platforms (e.g., Articulate). Strong communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
