ThingWorx Developer

Experience : 3 to 6 years Location : Pune/ Bangalore (5 days WFO) Job Description : Responsibilities : - Design, develop, and deploy ThingWorx applications, including dashboards, mashups, and services. - Develop and integrate ThingWorx with other systems and devices using APIs and integrations. - Configure and manage ThingWorx platform settings and security. - Develop and maintain ThingWorx extensions and custom widgets. - Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to ThingWorx applications. - Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, data scientists, and business analysts. - Stay updated on the latest ThingWorx technologies and best practices. - Mentor junior developers and contribute to team knowledge sharing. Qualifications : - 3-6 years of experience in developing IoT solutions using the PTC ThingWorx platform. - Strong understanding of ThingWorx architecture and components (Mashups, Services, Data Tables). - Experience with Java, JavaScript, and other relevant programming languages. - Experience with databases (SQL, NoSQL) and data integration. - Experience with IoT protocols (e., MQTT, CoAP, OPC UA) is a plus. - Experience with cloud platforms (e., AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Preferred Skills : - Experience with other IoT platforms (IBM Watson IoT, Microsoft Azure IoT Hub). - Experience with machine learning and artificial intelligence. - Experience with Agile development methodologies (ref:hirist.tech)
