Job Description Summary : - Seeking experienced and highly skilled Application Support Specialists to join our Level 2 Application support team. - The ideal candidates will possess a solid understanding of Java, containerization, RESTful APIs, and distributed systems, along with strong expertise in performance optimization and observability practices. - Familiarity with the banking domain is a plus. Key Responsibilities : Application Support : - Provide day-to-day support for Net Banking , ensuring high availability and performance. - Proactively detect, troubleshoot, triage & resolve Major & Critical issues in a timely manner which involves close collaboration with PO/QA/BB. - As a SME in analytical triage, you will provide deep expertise in debugging, issue analysis & troubleshooting with Customer. - Produce guidance documentations, standards, procedures for Level2 team ensuring every troubleshooting step is documented in KEDB improving response times. Incident Management : - Manage incident and problem resolution processes to minimize downtime and maintain service quality. API Troubleshooting : - Design, develop, and support RESTful APIs and scalable backend systems. Performance Optimization : - Optimize application performance and ensure scalability to meet growing user demands. Web Services Architecture : - Good understanding & hands on Web Services Architecture for publishing and consuming web services.
