Job Description : Role : React.js Developer About the Role : We are seeking a seasoned React.js Developer with 8-15 years of experience to join our dynamic development team. The ideal candidate will be a proficient developer with a strong background in front-end development and a proven ability to design, develop, and optimize scalable and efficient web applications. The role demands expertise in React.js, an in-depth understanding of front-end technologies, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Roles and Responsibilities : - Develop and maintain highly interactive and scalable web applications using React.js. - Write clean, maintainable, and reusable code adhering to industry best practices. - Optimize application components for maximum performance across a vast array of web-capable devices and browsers. - Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers to bridge the gap between design and technical implementation. - Work with back-end developers and stakeholders to integrate APIs and third-party services seamlessly. - Lead technical discussions, contribute to code reviews, and mentor junior developers. - Leverage modern front-end build pipelines and tools, including Webpack, Babel, and ESLint. - Implement state management using tools like Redux, Mob x, or Context API. - Ensure cross-browser compatibility and responsive design principles. - Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve issues across the development lifecycle. - Follow Agile methodologies and participate actively in sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives. - Maintain a focus on continuous improvement in the areas of coding practices, tools, and technologies. - Adhere to secure coding standards and implement robust testing strategies. Key Skills and Qualifications : - Strong expertise in React.js and its core principles (e.g., JSX, Virtual DOM, lifecycle methods). - Solid understanding of TypeScript and/or JavaScript ES6. - Experience with RESTful APIs and third-party libraries/frameworks. - Familiarity with modern authorization mechanisms, such as JSON Web Token (JWT) or OAuth. - Experience in writing unit tests with tools like Jest, Enzyme, or React Testing Library. - Good knowledge of version control tools like Git. - Experience with CSS pre-processors (e.g., Sass, Less) and frameworks like Tailwind css or Material-UI. - Knowledge of building pipelines and DevOps practices. Experience : - 8-15 years of hands-on experience in front-end development with a focus on React.js. - Proven track record of delivering large-scale, high-traffic web applications. - Experience in leading teams and managing front-end development projects. Soft Skills : - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. - Excellent communication and team collaboration skills. - Ability to multitask and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
