Design Manager - Adobe Creative Suite

About the Role : We are seeking a skilled and experienced Design Manager to lead our design team and drive design excellence across all aspects of our business. The ideal candidate will be a passionate and creative leader with a strong understanding of design principles and a proven track record of success in leading and mentoring design teams. Key Responsibilities : Team Leadership & Management : - Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing team of designers. - Hire, train, and develop talented designers. - Provide constructive feedback and guidance to team members. - Foster a collaborative and creative work environment. Design Strategy & Execution : - Develop and implement design strategies that align with the company's brand and business goals. - Oversee the design process from concept to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., marketing, product, engineering) to define project requirements and design briefs. - Ensure design consistency and brand adherence across all channels. Design Quality & Innovation : - Maintain the highest standards of design quality and user experience. - Stay abreast of the latest design trends, technologies, and industry best practices. - Encourage innovation and experimentation within the design team. Project Management & Execution : - Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and project goals are achieved. - Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and resources. - Conduct design reviews and provide constructive feedback. Qualifications : - Bachelor's degree in Design, Visual Arts, or a related field. - Minimum of 5 years of experience in a design leadership role. - Strong portfolio demonstrating a strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory. - Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). - Excellent project management and organizational skills. - Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. - Proven ability to lead and mentor a high-performing team. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills (ref:hirist.tech)
