DevOps Engineer - Configuration Management

Key Responsibilities : Networking Feature Development : Work on the development and enhancement of networking features including WiFi, Mesh, and Voice SIP functionalities. IP Routing & Firewall Configuration : Configure and manage IP routing, IP tables, and firewall modules to ensure seamless network operations. Web UI Development : Contribute to the development of web UI for gateway products and assist in building intuitive user interfaces. Protocol & Security Management : Design, develop, and manage network protocols, including TR-069, TR-181, TR-369, ensuring smooth communication between devices. Firewall & VPN Management : Manage and troubleshoot network security features, including firewalls, VPNs, and load balancers to maintain system integrity and network availability. Linux Environment : Leverage Linux for network configuration and troubleshooting. Collaboration with Cross-functional Teams : Collaborate with product, development, and QA teams to ensure high-quality service delivery and performance. Required Skills & Experience : Must Have : IP Routing Experience : Proven hands-on experience in IP routing and network configuration. Firewall & Load Balancer Management : In-depth knowledge of firewalls, load balancers, and VPN management. Networking Protocols Expertise : Strong experience working with TR-069, TR-181, TR-369, and VoIP protocols like SIP. WiFi & Mesh Feature Development : Experience with WiFi and Mesh network features and their development. Linux Systems : Strong proficiency in Linux and its use for network configuration and troubleshooting. Web UI Development : Experience with gateway product web UI development and the ability to work with front-end technologies. Good to Have : TR Protocol Familiarity : - Deep understanding of TR-069, TR-181, and TR-369 for device management. Voice SIP Expertise : - Working knowledge of Voice SIP protocols and their integration. Network Security Knowledge : - Strong understanding of network security protocols, including firewalls and VPNs (ref:hirist.tech)
