SAP Technical Lead - FICO Module

Role Description : This is a full-time hybrid role for a SAP Technical Lead at Mindtel Global, based in Bengaluru with some flexibility for remote work. The SAP Technical Lead will be responsible for overseeing business process analysis, providing consulting services, and implementing SAP FICO solutions, including Master Data management. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize SAP solutions and drive business processes efficiency. Key Responsibilities : - Analyze and understand complex business processes to identify areas for improvement and optimization. - Document business requirements and translate them into technical specifications. - Design, configure, and implement SAP FICO modules, including Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO). - Configure master data, such as customer master, vendor master, and material master. - Implement complex integration scenarios with other SAP modules and non-SAP systems. - Possess a deep understanding of SAP FICO functionalities and best practices. - Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to SAP FICO. - Stay up-to-date with the latest SAP FICO trends and technologies. - Lead and manage SAP FICO implementation projects, including planning, execution, and delivery. - Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success. - Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. - Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences. - Provide excellent customer service and support. Qualifications : - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. - 5 years of hands-on experience in SAP FICO implementation and support. - Strong understanding of SAP FICO modules, including FI, CO, and New GL. - Expertise in Master Data management, configuration, and integration. - Proven ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. - Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Experience in leading and managing teams. - SAP certifications are a plus (ref:hirist.tech)
