Salesforce Quality Assurance Specialist - Automation Testing

Job Title : Salesforce QA Specialist Location : Noida/Gurgaon Experience : 4years Must to have skills : Salesforce QA, Salesforce Testing About the Role : We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce QA Specialist with over four years of hands-on experience in Salesforce Testing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and functionality of Salesforce applications, working closely with development teams to identify and resolve issues. This role requires a strong understanding of software testing methodologies and IT software processes. Key Responsibilities : 1. Test Planning and Strategy : - Develop comprehensive test plans and strategies for Salesforce applications. - Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and define test objectives. 2. Test Execution : - Conduct functional, regression, and performance testing on Salesforce applications. - Identify, document, and track defects and issues through to resolution. 3. Test Automation : - Implement and maintain automated test scripts to improve testing efficiency. - Evaluate and recommend tools and technologies for test automation. 4. Collaboration and Communication : - Work closely with developers, business analysts, and project managers to ensure quality standards are met. - Provide regular updates on testing progress and results to stakeholders. Key Skills & Qualifications : - Bachelor's degree in IT or a related field; a postgraduate degree is a plus. - Minimum of four years of experience in Salesforce Testing. - Relevant certifications in Salesforce and software testing. - Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies and tools. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. - Strong communication and collaboration abilities. Special Requirements : - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities. - Experience with test automation tools and frameworks. - Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies. - Willingness to continuously update skills and knowledge in Salesforce and software testing.
