Job Description : Node.js Developer Position Overview : We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Node.js Developer with 8-15 years of professional experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of server-side development, proficiency in Node.js and associated frameworks, and a proven track record of designing, building, and maintaining scalable applications. This role requires expertise in backend architecture, API development, database management, and collaborative work in agile teams. Key Responsibilities : - Design, develop, and maintain server-side logic using Node.js. - Implement reusable, testable, and efficient code to ensure robust application performance. - Develop APIs and integrate them with front-end components. - Architect scalable, secure, and efficient systems for web applications. - Collaborate with architects and product managers to ensure alignment with business goals. - Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability. - Design, develop, and maintain database schemas and solutions. - Integrate databases (SQL and NoSQL) and ensure seamless data flow between systems. - Optimize database performance and resolve related issues. - Work closely with cross-functional teams, including front-end developers, UX/UI designers, and QA engineers. - Participate in code reviews and mentor junior developers. - Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement, automation, and innovation. - Implement automated unit and integration testing. - Troubleshoot and debug applications to ensure optimal functionality and reliability. - Collaborate with DevOps teams to ensure smooth deployment and integration processes. - Maintain and enhance CI/CD pipelines for streamlined deployments. - Ensure applications adhere to best practices for security and data protection. - Conduct regular security audits and implement necessary updates. Required Skills and Qualifications : - Proficiency in Node.js and related frameworks such as Express.js, Nest.js, or Hapi.js. - Strong understanding of JavaScript and TypeScript. - Experience with front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks is a plus. - Expertise in relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Redis). - Proficiency in ORM tools such as Sequelize or TypeORM. - Hands-on experience with RESTful and GraphQL APIs. - Proficiency in API authentication mechanisms (OAuth, JWT). - Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP). - Experience with version control systems like Git and CI/CD tools like Jenkins or GitHub Actions. - Strong analytical and debugging skills with a focus on delivering clean, maintainable code. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex performance issues.
