Java Microservices Developer 5 Years Experience Location : Bangalore (Local Candidates Only) - No Remote Options Availability : - Must be available for Weekend Drive About the Role : We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Java Microservices Developer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality, scalable, and resilient microservices applications. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that meet the evolving needs of our business. Responsibilities : - Design, develop, and deploy high-performance, scalable, and resilient microservices using Java, Spring Boot, and related technologies. - Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment. - Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and integrate with other systems. - Ensure code quality through unit testing, code reviews, and adherence to best practices. - Troubleshoot and debug issues in production environments. - Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including product managers, architects, and QA engineers. - Stay abreast of the latest technologies and industry trends in Java and Microservices development. - Contribute to the improvement of development processes and methodologies. Required Skills : - Strong proficiency in Java and Spring Boot - Hands-on experience with Microservices architecture and development - Experience with RESTful APIs and API Gateway - Solid understanding of object-oriented programming principles - Experience with relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, Cassandra) - Experience with message queues (e.g., Kafka, RabbitMQ) - Experience with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) - Excellent communication and collaboration skills - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Desired Skills : - Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) - Experience with CI/CD pipelines and tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI) - Experience with Agile development methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) - Experience with Test-Driven Development (TDD) and Behavior-Driven Development (BDD) (ref:hirist.tech)
