Your role at KIKO MILANO We are looking for an HRIS Manager to join KIKO MILANO’s Global HR Team, reporting to the HR Operations Director. Such talent will play a crucial role in managing HRIS projects focused on change management, system enhancements, and the integration of innovative HR solutions. In particular, you will: Collect data and analyze it to improve HR strategies and processes, and suggest ways to increase the Global Employees Experience; Work closely with HR process owners to understand their needs and identify automation opportunities to create a new and consistent global employees experience; Oversee the launch and the implementation of HR software and systems; Lead change management initiatives to ensure successful adoption of new HRIS technologies and processes across the organization; Collaborate with HRBP/Center of Excellences and IT teams to design streamline processes, as well as external solution providers, to ensure HRIS projects are aligned with Kiko People Strategy; Be the point of reference for the HR Global community; Regularly review and assess the effectiveness of HRIS solutions and processes, initiating continuous improvement projects to address gaps, enhance user satisfaction, and meet evolving business needs; Develop and maintain HRIS policies, procedures, and documentation, including user guides and training materials; Ensure HRIS compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and internal policies; Facilitate and maintain relationships with partners, negotiate contracts, create standards and ensure timely delivery of services and support. What you will need to succeed Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics or Economics field; Previous experience of 4/5 years in HRIS project management, with a strong focus on HR processes design, change management and technology implementation; Deep knowledge of Main Global Human Capital Management Systems, including Workday, is mandatory ; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels; Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen interest in leveraging technology to solve business challenges; Flexible, pragmatic and user oriented.
