ELECTRICAL DESIGNER (Automation field)

We are currently looking for 5 Electrical Designers (automation sector) to support one of our clients in Modena. Responsibilities He personally carries out the complete electrical and electronic design of functional groups, machines, and complete lines, using the CAD tools (Eplan P8) present in the company, sometimes also cooperating with junior designers, both internal and external. Suggests technical solutions compatible with the requirements; is able to interact with other designers, with listening and mediation skills; is able to agree and support a shared solution. Ensures the creation and validation of the project's electrical BOM (bill of materials), creating a tree-like structure that is modular and reusable when possible. Performs verification and sizing calculations of electrical and electronic components for the purposes of choosing from the catalogs of the usual suppliers in the world of automation. Produces the electrical project documentation suitable for the manufacture of the electrical panel. He will be responsible for the relevant project activities and their implementation in compliance with quality, time, and costs. Use Windchill for product lifecycle management. About You Electrical Expert or Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent training. At least 2-3 years of experience in a role in companies operating in the sector of automated systems or machinery/machine tools. Knowledge of EPLAN. Ability to work in a team and towards objectives; positive, proactive, and dynamic. Knowledge of English language. Job Details Duration: 12/24 months Location: 100% on site Start date: October.
