Conduct the analysis of functional requirements for the development of new IT solutions and the improvement of existing ones, assessing their feasibility and risks. Draft and update documentation related to processes and applications. Work with clients, developers, analysts, and Project Managers to ensure the realization and delivery of IT solutions. Act as a liaison between business units and the IT department to facilitate effective communication. Minimum Requirements: At least 2-5 years of experience on complex IT projects. Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Experience in UAT Test . Ability to work with tools for business process management and technical documentation . Good knowledge of the Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Good English proficiency (written and spoken). Experience in requirements gathering and writing functional documentation .
