Technical Project Manager

We are looking for a Technical Project Manager to join one of our Business Units. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing technical projects, coordinating specialized teams, and ensuring objectives are met in terms of quality, timing, and budget. This role will serve as a key point of reference for the development and implementation of innovative solutions while contributing to the improvement of technical processes related to the company’s products and services. RESPONSIBILITIES: Technical Project Management: Coordinate and oversee all phases of the project lifecycle, from requirements analysis to final delivery. Planning and Monitoring: Define project objectives, timelines, and budgets, ensuring progress is tracked and addressing any issues that arise. Team Coordination: Lead teams of engineers, technicians, and developers, effectively assigning tasks and resources. Stakeholder Interface: Work closely with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure technical goals are achieved. Design and Development: Support the team during the design and development phases by contributing technical expertise. Testing and Validation: Supervise testing, trials, and technical validation to ensure requirements are met. Continuous Improvement: Propose solutions to optimize technical processes and enhance operational efficiency. Documentation: Draft and maintain up-to-date technical documentation for projects (specifications, reports, manuals). REQUIREMENTS: Degree in Engineering (Management, Automation, Mechanical) or equivalent technical experience. Proficiency in using project management tools and handling complex projects. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a results-oriented approach. Strong communication skills to interact with technical teams, clients, and stakeholders.
