Job Description

Overview The Role As a Field Service Technician – Actuation & Control Supervisor, you will be supervising and offering technical support during the commissioning and maintenance of IMI actuation and control systems. This is a fully remote job opportunity as the FS Supervisor will work at customer premises worldwide; therefore, when not engaged in service, office activities can be carried out remotely. Main Responsibilities Interfacing between IMI and the customer to ensure field activities are carried out with maximum safety, in compliance with quality standards and delivered on time. Coordinate IMI service teams or external personnel. Prepare and submit service reports and documentation required by the customer during service activities. Provide technical assistance to the customer. What We Are Looking For Engineering Degree or Technical/Industrial High School Diploma. Excellent knowledge of Italian and English, both written and spoken. Ability to read and understand electrical and hydraulic diagrams. Ability to communicate effectively with customers. Operational flexibility to carry out frequent services at short notice. Ability to work both independently and in a team environment. Demonstrable positive attitude and ability to work calmly under pressure. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and gain respect from internal and external customers. Preferential requirement is to have experience in supervising/executing maintenance and interventions on Electro-Hydraulic and PLC controlled automation systems at refineries or complex industrial entities.
