Engineering Operations and Program Management Support

Job Requirements We are currently initiating a search for an Engineering Operations and Program Manager Support to join our team at Quest Global. Engineering Operations and Program Manager Support Job locations: Torino area, Napoli area Responsibilities: Support the RDA/RFQ definition starting from the technical inputs received by the Section, Engineering or other Technical Managers. Manage possible comments, exceptions, and technical clarification requests received from vendors in collaboration with the technical stakeholders. Support the process of PO creation. Monitor the invoicing process. Monitor actual costs vs budgets. Assist the Section, Engineering or other Technical Managers for planning purposes. Develop reports for Engineering Operations Leaders for specific topics. Attend meetings and elaborate minutes of meetings. Work Experience Bachelor's degree or High School Diploma with previous experience in a similar activity. Proficient in using industry-specific software and tools (i.e. Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.); previous experience in SAP would be considered preferential. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Effective communication and teamwork abilities. Proficiency in English, minimum B2 level is required. J-18808-Ljbffr
