Production Planning Manager

Production Planning Manager Four Corners is a recruiter specialized in search and selection of professionals and managers in the Fashion, Luxury and Lifestyle market. On behalf of an important Jewelry Company, we are looking for a: Production Planning Manager The Production Planning Manager, managing a team of two people, will ensure the optimization of planning and he/she will monitor the production plans and of the subcontracting processes, in order to satisfy sales orders, to lead times defined with customers and to pursue the assigned warehouse value target. Main Responsibilities: Release production orders based on both received sales orders and capacity/feasibility analysis; In collaboration with the Production Manager, lead the "Make or Buy" management process, particularly with respect to the specific features of the production flow involved; Daily monitoring of the production order flow, with the ability to identify and resolve potential issues that could affect the defined production flow, including expediting within the Supply Chain pipeline; Govern and maintain planning parameters, such as transit time, plant time, and stock policies. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in engineering, economics, business administration or a related field; 8-10 years of experience in planning activities; Proven competence in ERP systems, especially SAP; Experience in complex international organization is considered a “plus”; Analytic and proactivity mindset; Fluent in both Italian and English.
