Fleet Technical Manager

Crew Manager / Head of HR presso Venture Ship Management Europe Srl Venture Ship Management Europe is seeking an experienced Fleet Technical Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in bulk carrier and tanker operations, coupled with excellent leadership and analytical skills. Qualifications: Min 5 years of experience in a senior operational role within the maritime industry. Min 5 years of seafaring experience as an Engineering Officer (STCW III/2) on board bulk carriers and/or tankers OR Naval Architecture degree. Strong understanding of maritime regulations, including SOLAS, MARPOL, and ISM Code. Proven experience in data analysis and performance monitoring.
