At Allen, we help students prepare for medical and engineering entrance exams such as the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET), JEE Entrance Examination (JEE Mains & Advanced), and school/board exams, including Olympiads, NTSE, etc. Role The Partner Success Lead will be crucial in managing and executing institutional partnerships under Allen Online’s partnership program. This role involves partner onboarding, ensuring seamless delivery of online learning experience, partner management, training, building strong relationships with internal stakeholders, and driving operational excellence. Key Responsibilities Implementation: Lead the end-to-end delivery and monitoring of online learning experience for partners. Process design: Identify and resolve bottlenecks in delivery workflows by implementing standardised procedures across the sales, partner management and internal teams Account Management: Build and nurture long-term relationships with partners. Act as a primary liaison between Allen Digital and partner organisations. Performance analytics: Track student engagement, performance and feedback to improve learning outcomes. Provide regular reports to key metrics to partners. Collaboration: Work closely with academics, operations, product and sales teams to build systems addressing partner-specific needs Training & Support: Design and implement training programs to empower partners Feedback & Insights: Provide detailed insights and recommendations to improve academic program performance. Identify and promote best practices to elevate performance. People management: Build and supervise team members, ensuring high performance and delivery of business goals Qualification & Skills 6 years of experience in partner management or customer success roles Strong communication, collaboration and relationship-building skills Analytical mindset to monitor performance and success metrics Hands-on attitude and ownership mentality Experience with process design and project management in a startup environment Prior experience working with product, tech and ops to resolve customer issues Location : Bengaluru, with travel to partner location as required J-18808-Ljbffr
