Project Manager Construction

Greentalent, a recruitment agency specializing in the search and selection of professionals and managers in the Energy, Engineering, and Environment sectors, on behalf of a leading company in solar energy solutions with a focus on renewable and sustainable energy projects is looking for a: To support and strengthen the Italian team, the Project Manager will be responsible for ensuring the successful execution of solar construction projects, overseeing timelines, budgets, compliance, and quality. Key responsibilities: Managing project schedules, budgets, and adherence to EPC and PPA contracts; Overseeing contractor and supplier relationships, ensuring on-time equipment delivery; Enforcing HSEQ compliance across all projects; Leading procurement and contract negotiations, coordinating site operations, and managing project documentation; Conducting regular site meetings and ensuring projects meet permit and technical requirements; Overseeing project handover for O&M and ensuring quality assurance protocols are followed; Preparing weekly reports on project progress, inventory, HSEQ, and other key metrics. Requirements: Master’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Electrical, or similar) with 5 years of construction project management experience, preferably in photovoltaics; Strong technical knowledge in photovoltaic systems, electrical engineering, and construction practices; PMI certification and fluency in English are preferred; Organized, independent, and able to assume full responsibility for project outcomes.
