M&E Project Manager

M&E PROJECT MANAGER needed in Oxford for a commercial project We are currently seeking an experienced M&E Project Manager to join our clients team in Oxford. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a major commercial construction project from start to finish, ensuring the successful delivery of Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) services to the highest standards. Key Responsibilities: Oversee the M&E elements of a large-scale commercial project in Oxford. Work closely with clients, contractors, and design teams to ensure M&E systems are delivered on time, within budget, and to specifications. Manage contracts, procurement, and subcontractors involved in the M&E aspects of the project. Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations. Address technical challenges and provide effective solutions throughout the project lifecycle. Monitor costs and manage resources effectively to ensure profitability and efficiency. Maintain clear communication with all project stakeholders, including reporting on progress, risks, and milestones. Required Skills & Qualifications: Valid CSCS card Proven experience as an M&E Project Manager in the commercial construction sector. In-depth knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems and services. Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Familiarity with relevant regulations, safety standards, and building codes. Experience in managing and leading teams, contractors, and suppliers. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
