Once settled in the business we envisage you building your own team and leading this part of the finance function.It's not often you have the chance to create your perfect role and our client is happy to be led by you on this - don't miss this opportunity Duties & Requirements In summary you will lead on corporation tax, transfer pricing, reviewing commercial contracts and lead on all tax due diligence. VAT and employment taxes will also fall into the remit of this role.In order to be considered for this position you will require the following; CTA/CIOT qualification You will be an independent, self starter, capable of working with minimal support alongside senior management. A 'hands on' attitude is a must with strong business partnering experience- you will be confident and comfortable liaising with Advisors and International business leads. International tax experience is highly desirable. PE experience Ideal for those already working industry, but consideration will be given to first time move with a broad range of experience and an internationally focussed client base.
