Civil Design Director

Civil Design Director We are looking for a permanent Director in Civil and electrical design. The right person will have detailed knowledge of HV transmission design engineering. Able to oversee a team of 20 civil design engineers and lead a business. This role is part of a Group and the attraction will be delivering growth , being part of an excellent senior team which will lead to future opportunities. Technical (Civils) design expertise in HV transmission infrastructure Leadership skills, P&L and commercial awareness. The ability to lead, direct and develop a strong team Proven ability to establish and successfully implement strategies that flow to the bottom line; improve growth and profit results. Educated to degree level in Engineering.and ideally C.Eng Personal Competencies: A natural leader, combining technical civil design and management A self-starter, with resilience Energy and enthusiasm to get things done.
