About the Role The Audit & Accounts Junior will join a supportive compliance team based in Oxford. This permanent role offers hybrid and flexible working options and comes with a comprehensive induction and a full study package to pursue professional qualifications. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with at least one year of UK audit and/or accounts experience looking to enhance their career in a progressive environment. Key Responsibilities Build productive relationships with clients and colleagues. Expand technical knowledge through hands-on training and formal qualifications. Prepare audit working papers and assist with audit file completion. Attend client stocktakes and report findings. Prepare financial accounts in line with FRS 102 1A and FRS 105 standards. Draft corporation tax computations and provide financial reporting using advanced accounting software. Support senior staff with audit and accounts projects as needed.
