Operations Manager Camberley Up to £50K – Depending on experience Full time / Permanent / Monday – Friday - 08:00am – 17:00pm / 08:30am – 17:30pm Are you an experienced Operations Manager from a Drainage, Engineering or similar industry background? Would you describe yourself as a hard-working individual who likes to get stuck in? Attega Group are looking for an Operations Manager on a permanent basis. This role will involve running the day-to-day operations department including, planning, organising and running a control centre team and field-based engineers and operatives. In return, our client is offering a basic salary of up to £50,000 P/A and various company benefits including 21 days holidays bank holidays, birthday leave after 6 months, company pension and more. Duties for this role will include: To plan and coordinate all engineers, to ensure all works are completed safely and efficiently within the required timescales. To assist with preparing quotes and coordinating repairs. To provide support to engineers with regards to operational matters. To delegate appropriately to ensure all staff have appropriate supervision and management. The ideal candidate must be experienced within Operations Management, from an Engineering, Drainage, or similar background.
