Tax Manager - London - Hybrid Base salary up to £90k Shape the Future as a Tax Manager We are seeking a talented and experienced Tax Manager to lead and enhance tax compliance, reporting, and advisory processes for a dynamic organisation. This role offers flexibility with remote working options and occasional office collaboration. You will play a pivotal part in refining tax strategies, ensuring compliance, and managing tax risks while driving efficiency and advising on diverse tax matters such as corporate tax, R&D credits, transfer pricing, and VAT. Your Responsibilities: Prepare corporate tax returns and disclosures for financial statements. Oversee tax audits, group payment arrangements, and quarterly tax payments. Monitor legislative changes and advise on UK tax implications of transactions. Collaborate with finance, legal, and treasury teams to align tax strategies with business goals. Contribute to global tax initiatives and provide technical accounting guidance.What We're Looking For: ACA/CTA qualified with 2 years of post qual UK tax experience. Proficient in corporate tax with strong analytical and communication skills. Experience with transfer pricing and R&D credits is advantageous.
