Systems Engineer Crawley / Hybrid Working to £45,000 Excellent Benefits An innovative electro-optical specialist company based near Crawley is seeking an enthusiastic Systems Engineer to join their growing Engineering team.If you have systems engineering experience within a defence engineering (Or similar) company, you could be the ideal candidate to help develop their high-performance targeting and surveillance equipment. Key Requirements: Essential 1 -3 years’ systems engineering experience in a defence engineering (or similar) company. Degree in Engineering or Physical Sciences. Experience with the use of requirements management tools (DOORS, Visure or R4J) Jira workplace management experience. Report Writing. Desirable Involvement in Full Development Lifecycle of a product. Experience in working closely with internal and external stakeholders. Working in multi-disciplinary teams on projects with a high level of complexity. Safety Management (MIL-STD 882E, DEF-STAN 00-56, ISO 12100:2010). Statutory Compliance (CE Marking). Camera Sensor Technology (InfraRed and visible spectrum, DRI performance).
