Site Manager

I’m looking for an experienced Site Manager to join a reputable housebuilding on a site in Sheffield, nestled on the edge of the Peak District. The site is in the early stages however, you’ll ideally be located around the Nottingham area so that you’ll be able to move to another site after completion. You’ll be dealing with a wide range of people, from fellow construction professionals to customers, so first-rate communication skills and a flexible approach are essential. Sitting at the very heart of the build process, your exacting standards and inspirational leadership style will enable you to influence the overall success of the development, ensuring excellent attention to detail and build quality. You’ll have a proven track record of working for a Residential Developer, managing sites from inception to completion, be competent with project planning, site Health & Safety, possess commercial awareness and problem solving skills.
