This role would suit a Mobile Engineer, or similar with an air conditioning or gas engineering background with full exposure to commercial building maintenance looking to make a difference, providing Technical M&E service support. THE ROLE: Provide Technical M&E support to clients within commercial building maintenance arena Service and Maintenance of Emergency lighting Testing, power circuit installation Controls, BMS and fault finding Maintenances Inspections THE PERSON Experience in Mobile engineering Experience within commercial building maintenance arena Experience and skills with emergency lighting testing and power circuit Experience in service and installation works Able to travel with great London and South East Must be experienced in mobile engineering in light testing and exposure to commercial buildings.
