Interim Financial Controller

Our client is looking for a technically strong and hands-on Financial Controller to join them in a time of transformation and change. This candidate will be working effectively with the CFO to oversee and direct the company's financial operations, creating a solid foundation to support the organisation's growth. Location: Leicestershire Contract length: 6-month contract Contract hours: Monday - Friday, 37.5 hours per week Salary: £500 - £600 per day Key Responsibilities of the Interim Financial Controller Oversee all accounting functions within the finance team for all companies Ensure all key deadlines and legislative requirements are met Day-to-day management of the finance team and their activities Monthly preparation of management accounts Monitoring and reporting cash flow Monitoring outstanding debtors Budget preparation Implementation of a new finance system and improvements to the existing control environment/systems Key Essentials of the Interim Financial Controller Chartered Accountant (e.g., ACA/ACCA/CIMA) Computer and IT literate with knowledge of Microsoft Excel and accounting software Experience with Oracle NetSuite At the Robert Walters Group, we endeavour to contact all candidates to register their details.
