Maintenance Manager

Elevation Recruitment Group are working with a manufacturing company based in Mirfield to recruit a Maintenance Manager.Salary - £60-65k This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Maintenance Manager to lead a team of 14 Maintenance Engineers. The Maintenance Manager will lead all manufacturing engineering maintenance, be responsible for a diverse team and have full budgetary responsibility for the department. Duties of the Maintenance Manager will include: Responsible for installation, maintenance, and improvement of production lines Manage contractors Lead, develop and manage a team Analyse downtime, identify trends and develop solutions Identify and justify capital equipment investment Drive continuous improvement activities Identify business improvement opportunities within the organisation We would be keen to speak with Maintenance Managers with the following: HNC or above in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering Previous experience managing a team of Maintenance Engineers Experience within a heavy industry environment would be advantageous Apply now, or to discuss this Maintenance Manager role, please contact Kerry Hill.
