Our client is based on the outskirts of Colchester and are seeking a Senior Accountant to join their team which would quickly progress into a Client Manager position. This is an exciting opportunity to lead and excel in a dynamic environment. As you join their team you will be first point of contact for clients, building relationships and providing professional and reliable accounting services. Role: Responding to client queries promptly and professionally Delegating tasks to your team efficiently Preparing and reviewing accounts and tax work Identifying and communicating changes in legislation, practice, or software Monitoring teams work, providing support for goal achievement Proactively seeking opportunities to enhance profit margins Driving turnover through renewals, extra work orders, and client conversion Contributing to team growth and efficiencies Requirements: Qualified ACCA/ACA/AAT Level 4 4 years practice experience Ability to handle client queries Team player and support junior members Building relationships with clients Package: £40,000 - £45,000 as a starting salary Progression into Client Manager Flexible working Private healthcare Company social events If you would like more information on this Senior Accountant position, contact Liam Snell at LGS Vision Recruitment.
