Candidate : • Proven experience in business development or sales roles, preferably within a security, construction and/or fencing. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels. • Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. • Strong analytical skills with the capacity to interpret data and make informed decisions. • Confidence in picking the phone up and making cold calls.
