Senior Design Engineer

Title: Senior Design Engineer Location: Nottingham Salary: £50k-£60k Industry: Medical Device Platform Recruitment has partnered with a high-tech medical device development company who are developing a pioneering new technology which will revolutionise their market. They’re looking to expand the R&D team with a qualified Senior Design Engineer with a background in mechanical, biomedical or industrial design. You will need to be experienced and interested in all aspects of product development, including concept generation, prototyping, test, analysis and manufacture. The Role: Develop designs from early-stage concepts to fully developed products Precision components and mechanism design Rapid prototyping Hands on testing of prototypes Compile technical reports Requirements: Degree in relevant discipline Proven experience in building & testing prototypes Medical device development Previously taken a product from concept through to production Strong 3D CAD skills Experience in different manufacturing processes - injection moulding If you feel like you have the right skills and experience for this role, then please apply with a copy of your updated CV.
