Key Responsibilities: Oversee End-to-End Project Management : Manage the entire store development process, including Whitebox (Stage 1 / CAT-A) and shop fit components (Stage 2 / CAT-B), ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget. Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams Work closely with clients, architects, contractors, and internal teams to align project goals, conduct feasibility studies, and ensure seamless execution of standalone and multi-fascia store developments. Maintain Quality and Standards: Monitor the installation of fixtures, flooring, lighting, and signage while ensuring compliance with quality standards across all projects. Troubleshoot and Resolve Issues: Proactively identify and address any site challenges, minimizing impact on project timelines and maintaining continuous communication with all stakeholders. Candidate Requirements: - 2-3 years of experience in retail project management, construction, or retail fit-out. - Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deliver within tight deadlines. - Strong commercial understanding of budgetary and cost control. - Willingness to travel across the UK and Europe.
