Role Description Preventative Maintenance: Implement and manage preventive maintenance programs, conducting regular inspections and servicing of equipment, systems, and structures to prevent malfunctions and ensure optimal performance.Documentation and Reporting: Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, inspections, and repairs. Generate reports on facility conditions, highlight ongoing issues, and suggest improvements as necessary.Repairs and Troubleshooting: Quickly diagnose and resolve issues with electrical systems, HVAC units, plumbing, and other building infrastructure to maintain smooth operations.Compliance and Safety: Ensure the facility adheres to all relevant health and safety regulations. Maintain accurate records and ensure systems are compliant with all standards and regulations.System Upgrades and Improvements: Assess current systems, identify opportunities for upgrades or improvements, and lead projects such as energy efficiency initiatives, equipment modernization, or the integration of new technologies to improve operational efficiency.
