Site Manager Housing Development | Belfast Are you an experienced Site Manager looking for your next opportunity in Belfast? A well-established Northern Irish construction company is seeking a skilled professional to oversee a new residential development in the city. The Role: Lead the on-site delivery of a high-quality housing development. Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel to ensure the project is completed on time and within budget. Maintain strong health & safety standards, ensuring full compliance with regulations. Coordinate with the project team, including engineers and quantity surveyors, to drive progress and resolve any issues. Ensure a high standard of workmanship is maintained throughout the project. Report directly to senior management, providing updates on site progress. Requirements: Previous experience as a Site Manager on residential projects. Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage site teams effectively. Excellent knowledge of construction processes, health & safety, and building regulations. Ability to work to tight deadlines while maintaining high standards. SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certification preferred.
