Mechanical Estates Manager

Mechanical and Electrical Estates Manager - NHS Venn Group are working with an NHS Trust based in Sussex to recruit for an interim Mechanical and Electrical Estates Managers. The post holders will be expected to provide a safe, efficient and cost effective estates operational and maintenance service for all operational, trade, specialist technicians, and supervisors. They will be responsible for all aspects of Engineering & Building Services and will ensure the reliability of the engineering infrastructure, systems and equipment. Duration : 6 moths Location : East Sussex Rate: £26.98 - £31.43 per hour The successful candidate will: Manage a team of Mechanical & Electrical tradesman, technicians and supervisors Ensure day to day operations of the department are being carried out Ensure PPMs and SPMs are met Improve overall compliance and performance in department The successful candidate will have: Previous experience as an Authorised Person for any appropriate building system (e.g. medical gases, HVAC, High or Low Voltage etc.) Experience managing teams and meeting targets Strong and clear communication skills Previous NHS or Healthcare experience is desireable but not essential
