Maintenance Operative - Temp to Perm

Job Description: We are seeking a reliable and dedicated Maintenance Operative to support the maintenance and servicing of aircraft wheels in compliance with company and regulatory standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in aircraft maintenance or mechanical engineering, excellent attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Key Responsibilities: Perform routine and non-routine maintenance tasks on aircraft wheels in accordance with manufacturer instructions and regulatory requirements. Maintain and repair aircraft wheels Ensure compliance with safety procedures and regulations. Keep accurate records of maintenance tasks and inspections. Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues. Collaborate with engineers and other team members to identify areas for improvement and optimise maintenance processes. Requirements: Proven experience in aircraft maintenance, mechanical engineering, or a related field. Familiarity with aviation regulations, safety standards, and industry best practices. Strong mechanical and technical aptitude. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
